CONTEXT
Instarmac Group is a property developer in the Malaysian Borneo state of Sarawak. It brings together the best of different expertise, experiences and perspectives to shape meaningful places for the local community.
CHALLENGE
As an up-and-coming developer that was about to embark on a major mixed development project, it had become timely for the client to assume a brand position and identity that reflect the team’s aspiration in making a difference through not only buildings, but the way they touch lives.
SOLUTION
After extensive dialogues, situation investigations and brand lab involving input from various key stakeholders, a new brand identity has arisen. We apply a custom-designed typography accompanied by an illustration of a local Kingfisher to denote a people-centric, purposeful developer that cares about shaping meaningful human experiences.
