CHALLENGE A bold aspiration to carve a new residential and lifestyle destination via a mixed development project in Klang, which lies a distance from the current focus of lifestyle around Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya. |

SOLUTION A chance to turn a challenge into opportunity by replacing the market void with a new centre-of-gravity for living, leisure and entertainment. Gravit8 (read ‘gravitate’) – a place designed to capture the imagination and pulls in old and new stakeholders of Klang and nearby vicinity. Inspired by the sea-faring roots of the nearby ports, thus the brand and interior design concept revolve around maritime themes. Staged show units are also featured within the gallery. |
