CONTEXT
Established in 1993 as a wholly-owned company of the Government of Dubai, Enoc is an oil and gas corporation that hires almost 80% of its leadership roles from amongst Emiratis, surpassing the target set by the government’s Emiratisation initiative to encourage the employment of more nationals in the private sector.
CHALLENGE
At Careers UAE 2010, the leading national recruitment exhibition, Enoc is seeking to attract career-oriented nationals, especially fresh graduates to fill in available positions across the company and its 30 subsidiaries.
SOLUTION
The client’s identity is applied in the booth design through a refreshing, welcoming and youthful manner. Inspiring imagery, forms and words also appear throughout an arc over the main counter, at which the applicant and the company representative would interact. Light boxes of the now-familiar logo colours are clearly visible overhead. By the end of the exhibition, the number of job applications received by the client has doubled compared to the year before.
