CONTEXT
Dubai Properties is one of the handful of top-tier pioneers that changed the landscape of Dubai with innovative, mixed-use master developments and destinations.
CHALLENGE
The client, which at the time controlled a total assets of USD16.4 billion, wanted to create an all-in-one digital & interactive tool to support its marketers globally – one that sells its entire vast portfolio of property product ranges to multicultural audience in cities around the world from London and Paris to Moscow and Beijing.
SOLUTION
Realising the “sell” is not only about products but about a higher mission to attract investments into the Dubai economy, the platform designed was also geared towards engaging the global audiences and selling UAE / Dubai as an attractive investment, business and living destination. The resulting interactive marketing kit carried the entire product portfolio with eight major language options, featuring details spanning from national background to product virtual tours and specifications.
