CONTEXT
Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) is a top-tier Islamic Finance institution in the United Arab Emirates. It recently partnered with Etihad Airways, the national airline of the UAE, to offer a full suite of co-branded debit and covered cards. A covered card is a Sharia-compliant alternative to a credit card
CHALLENGE
Marking the launch of its partnership with Etihad Airways, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) is offering its customers the chance to win 10 Million Etihad Guest Miles during the Holy Month of Ramadan. To capture target audience that seldom frequent the bank (but do go to the malls) during the Ramadan season, the client requires seven compact 3×3 kiosks in locations across the UAE during the promotion campaign.
SOLUTION
The design emphasis is simplicity and at the same time, it has to reflect a sense of openness to signify the bank’s Sharia-compliant approach of trust, transparency and fairness. The design is also practical with ample storage, collateral display and featuring an interactive touch screen terminal.
