CONTEXT
Established in the 1950′s, the Sultan Group is a Middle East construction, trade, real estate, manufacturing and healthcare conglomerate based in Dubai.
CHALLENGE
The client aimed to launch Samba Sushi, a creatively themed sushi restaurant that offers a fusion of Japanese and Brazilian cuisine and cultures.
SOLUTION
For the identity of this unique restaurant, the vibrancy and the festive qualities of Brazil are carefully studied and weaved together with the Japanese philosophy and a sushi restaurant environment, not least to avoid a “culture shock” mismatch that may be potentially disastrous. The end result that pleased the client is a funky and fun-loving F&B destination brand.
