CONTEXT
Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) is an Islamic bank based in Abu Dhabi, the capital city of United Arab Emirates. Amongst its wide range of products include car purchase financing.
CHALLENGE
ADIB is still not as widely associated with car financing compared to other competitors in conventional banking. Nonetheless, it seeks to change that perception and had booked itself a booth at the Dubai Motor Show, the biggest auto event in the region. Thinkscape Group is tasked to design, build and strategise to raise awareness and emphasise its speed of approval.
SOLUTION
Using race track-themed exhibition booth, ADIB had successfully made its mark and draw the crowds. The all-round solutions deployed for this activation covered 3D animation, interactive simulators, motion graphic videos, premium items and others. Selected communication such as buntings, banners and attention grabbing 3D-illusion floor stickers were deployed at strategic touch points to direct visitors to the booth. Once there, virtual race-car simulators and the excitement of participants capture the interest of visitors – themselves car owners and owners-to-be – to try out the “free ride”, which collect database of these prospects on the spot.
