CONTEXT
The Iclif Leadership and Governance Centre was an institutional training body linked with the central bank, Bank Negara Malaysia. It had since repositioned itself, offering learning programmes and consultancies for customers across different sectors on the international front. It now plays a whole new ballgame of challenging conventional wisdom and setting new standards in executive education and research.
CHALLENGE
Iclif had reinvented itself as a centre of excellence for both public and private sectors. However, old perception about its less-exciting past persisted. Thus, to begin anew, it needed to shed associations with pre-conceptions, and better reflect itself as a dynamic, thought-leading organisation. Fresh from helping it brand and launch a successful thought leadership series, we were commissioned to solve this new challenge.
SOLUTION
To project its new market positioning as a world-class, forward-looking organisation that is learned, real-world relevant and pushes the boundaries of convention, the brand has to reflect a sense dynamism, perspective and vibrance, while retaining the required seriousness of a corporate image. The outcome is an identity that aligns with its new role and capacity as a thought leader in the field of executive leadership and corporate governence. Thinkscape also helped Iclif to strategise, develop and implement its corporate website.
