CONTEXT
Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) is a leading Sharia-based financial institution based in Abu Dhabi. It is also the platinum sponsor at the Careers UAE 2010, a role it has assumed for the fifth consecutive year to both attract talents and support the Emiratisation initiative.
CHALLENGE
In this exhibition, ADIB wanted to highlight its recently introduced graduate Leadership Program, which is a tailor made initiative to nurture new generations of well-rounded and world class Islamic Finance professionals through training in personal leadership, Islamic finance, corporate behavior and professional conduct.
SOLUTION
The event successfully attracted a number of applicants for the program. Using the idea of young leaders expressing opinions and the fruitful exchange of two-way dialogues, the design of the client’s booth were driven by the presence of “dialogue bubbles” and inspiring quotes to engage the attention and imagination of the target audience, including at the discussion lounge area, information counter and the video displays.
